The Informed Debate

Organised and hosted by Informed Business Services in 1998, this series of debates examined the key topics at the core of the information and Internet marketplace.

In total five debates were organised, three of which were chaired by David Green:

  • Online Branding
  • Knowledge Management
  • Compliance and control - legal issues
  • Push me, Pull you - Information delivery methods
  • Net profit - funding content on the web

The first two debates listed were sponsored by Internet Magazine and Knowledge Management Magazine respectively. Each debate featured highly distinguished speakers.


Internet 98

Informed Business Services organised the Business Information Theatre as one of three main attractions to one of Europe's largest Internet exhibitions at the Birmingham NEC (8-10 Sept. over 15,000 visitors). Speakers included senior directors from several business information vendors.


Softworld 98

Informed Business Services hosted two days of business information seminars at SoftWorld for Information Management on April 22 - 23, 1998.

Senior figures from the leading business information vendors presented their latest products. David Green provided an overview of the business information market, outlining the different types of data and products that are available, with advice on how organisations can choose from the bewildering range of products.
